In the process of putting our beloved home up for sale and getting another one in a totally different area there were some unusual glitches on both sides. Our home was put up for sale and sold in one day, there was a bidding war and she successfully negotiated us for over market price and free rent back for six weeks! There was an issue with the type of loan the buyers were getting consequently causing 4 addendums and putting the home we were buying at risk. It turned into quite the negotiating skills that she possesses to bring both houses closing on the same day. It was quite the nail-biter.
